Our covid care policy

We know how much children look forward to their birthday celebrations, so we’ve done our very best to bring you our party services that adhere to government guidelines, to make their day special.

Our themed sleepover party service is now available as a DIY package for siblings or ‘mum and me’, across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. We will be offering our styled sleepover service again, as soon as it is safe to do so.

Before announcing our plans, we contacted the NHS Coronavirus Helpline to advise us, so that we understood fully how it would affect us and the service we wanted to offer. They have informed us of the following, so we have put strict hygiene methods in place - many of which we were using as standard already:

• The virus would only live on bedding, foam mattresses, cushions, plastic trays and all other surfaces included our kits for a maximum of 72 hours. Therefore whilst the Coronavirus pandemic is with us, there will be a period of 3 days between bookings using the same kit.

• We have always washed bedding and fabric components at 60 degrees after every booking in hyper sensitive detergent and softener and will continue to do so.

• Non-washable fabrics are sprayed with disinfectant and left to air dry.

• Trays, cups and laundry bags are wiped down or soaked in Milton sterilising solution and air dried throughly.
